Main responsibilities
- You plan, calculate and realize small projects and projects independently and ensure a reliable implementation.
- In close coordination with internal and external stakeholders, you coordinate external service providers and represent the interests of the company.
- As a contact person for SharePoint in the field of technology and construction, you also coordinate the CAFM system Campos and ensure the correct recording, allocation and documentation of orders as well as the maintenance of plant and device data.
- Your responsibility includes the planning, control and monitoring of the infrastructure and building technology of the properties in the Pfäfers Psychiatry Centre as well as the management system.
- You carry out repairs and maintenance work on heating and ventilation systems as well as specific work on extensions and conversions, document your activities, maintain technical documentation and provide pikett and winter service. Requirements
