- You work in partnership with business managers and other key stakeholders and represent the interests of the area in relevant steering and decision-making bodies.
- You establish a modern, empowering leadership culture, promote personal responsibility, cross-divisional cooperation and continuous learning.
- As a member of the management team of the IT department, you actively shape the IT strategy, the further development of the operating model and cross-departmental decisions. Requirements
- You have a completed university degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable discipline, ideally supplemented by a business or management-related further education.
- You bring several years of leadership experience in a large and complex IT organization, ideally across multiple management levels and with different technological responsibilities.

- You have proven experience in the leadership and transformation of software development, delivery or product organizations.
- You understand the development of people as the core task of leadership and have a proven track record in the development of leaders, talents and organizations.
