Main responsibilities
- You are jointly responsible for a smooth arrival and departure of our guests and a positive first and last impression.
- Your day-to-day work includes the luggage service, the hotel transfers with the shuttle, the parking of guest cars and various messengers in the hotel as well as outside.
- Furthermore, you are jointly responsible for the cleanliness of the right of way, the garage and the lobby and perform your tasks even in stressful situations at the highest level. Requirements
- Many years of experience in a comparable position in the luxury hotel industry
- Mandatory driving licence category B, advantageous: driving licence category D1
- Good language skills in German and English, Italian and any other foreign language is an advantage A warm and competent guest care A well-groomed appearance and safe appearance A sense of duty, resilience, flexibility and enthusiasm
- Dealing respectfully with colleagues and superiors
