Social affairs and culture, municipal supervision, civil rights and civil status, commercial registers, notaries and bankruptcy: as versatile as the activities of the Department of the Interior is the work in the legal service of the Department, which is part of the General Secretariat.

What to expect

• You will deal independently with appeals in the department’s area of competence.
• You prepare legal opinions and conduct legal clarifications on behalf of the department management, offices and other departments of the administration.
• You provide legal information to various stakeholders.
• You participate in strategic projects and working groups, such as legislative procedures.

What distinguishes you

• You have completed university studies (MLaw or lic.iur.).
• Preferably, you bring professional experience in the processing of appeals.
• You are interested in state and administrative law, in particular in the areas of social welfare law, municipal law and civil law.
• You like to work independently, stay decision-making even in complex and unclear questions, think purposefully and are used to participating in project organizations.
• You have strong analytical skills, a quick comprehension and precise expression in words and writing.
• You enjoy exchanging your knowledge and experiences in discussions.
