- You are the voice of our hotel: Whether by phone or email, you craft compelling offers, confirm bookings, and ensure follow-ups are handled with precision – all in line with LHW and ISO standards.
- You think in terms of occupancy and opportunity: You keep our reservations plan accurate and up to date, actively contributing to the optimal utilization of our room inventory.
- You bring numbers to life: In close collaboration with the Executive Assistant Manager and Front Office Manager, you develop forecasts and reports that are essential for daily planning.
- You are meticulous with data: Guest profiles and databases are maintained with care and discretion – structure and compliance are part of your DNA.
- You stay ahead of the curve: From managing the Channel Manager system to continuously refining our ISO and RIMS standards – you ensure smooth operations and bring fresh ideas to the table.
