Your tasks

• In our ambulatory, you take on psychotherapeutic treatments of patients with the entire spectrum of psychiatric diseases in individual setting and group setting.
• After a well-founded familiarization, you independently lead individual psychotherapeutic treatments and are responsible for therapy planning, multi-person discussions and psychodiagnostic clarifications.
• You will do your case-related documentation and performance recording independently and will be reliably supported by our secretariat.
• Together with the interdisciplinary treatment team, you ensure holistic care and work closely with specialists from psychiatry, nursing, social service and specialist therapies as well as with external referees.
• You are actively involved in rapports, case discussions, supervision and training and represent the psychiatry St. Gallen professionally together with the team. Your profile
• You have completed your psychology studies and already have experience in adult psychiatry.
• Ideally, your further education in a federally recognized psychotherapeutic procedure is already advanced.
• Advantageously, you have a psychotherapy assistant permit valid in the Canton of St. Gallen or meet the requirements to obtain it before starting your job.
• Your interest is in the outpatient and interdisciplinary treatment of people with mental illnesses as well as a consistent orientation to the individual needs of patients and their environment.
• In dealing with patients, you convince through commitment, commitment and communication skills and at the same time appreciate independent work and cooperation in a committed team.
• Enjoyment in your continuous professional development as well as very good knowledge of German in word and writing at at least level C1 round off your profile.
