Tasks

• You support in the processing of hail and motor vehicle damage
• You receive claims reports by phone and process them as part of the integrated claims regulation
• You are in exchange with policyholders: internal and external bodies
• You support the organization of hail events and take on external missions throughout Switzerland if necessary
• You contribute to efficient and customer-oriented claims processing

Requirements

• Completed commercial or comparable training
• Joy of contact with people and a strong understanding of services
• You communicate clearly, friendly and at eye level
• You like to work in a team, get involved and keep an overview even in hectic situations
• Very good knowledge of German
• Knowledge of Italian and/or French is a plus
