Tasks

• You are responsible for the 1st/2nd level support for SAP key users and users according to the incident process (Jira) with a focus on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as for cross-divisional topics
• You support the SAP base team with system monitoring, SAP user management and other operational tasks
• You create, maintain and update documentation to ensure the transfer of know-how
• You coordinate cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers

Requirements

• You have completed IT training and/or comparable training
• You bring several years of experience as an SAP module supervisor or Supporter (SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA) in the modules and topics mentioned with
• Ideally, you have experience in the retail environment
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Other national languages are beneficial
• You work solution-oriented and convince through a pronounced service and service concept
• You communicate proactively and appropriately with different stakeholders
