Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate Office for Computer Science Application Manager SAP SuccessFactors 80 - 100% The Office for Computer Science (AFI) is the computer science competence center of the Canton of Zurich.
It provides comprehensive services in the area of central computer infrastructure and canton-wide applications for directorates, authorities, the administration of justice and independent institutions.
In charge of implementing the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) strategy, the Office for Computer Science accompanies and supports the Canton of Zurich into the digital world.
With the upcoming go-live of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, the next stage of our HXM solution begins.
Following the introduction of the Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central modules, the next expansion steps are already underway with Performance & Goals and Learning.
Together with the Business Services HXM team, you will continuously develop the platform and actively shape the HR system landscape of the Canton of Zurich.
Your tasks
- Supervise, develop and optimize the cantonal SAP SuccessFactors solutions for recruiting, onboarding and employee central.
- Analysis of professional requirements and development of technical solutions together with the personnel office and the specialist departments.
- Collaboration and management of sub-projects in exciting projects around SAP SuccessFactors
- Advising departments and coordinating cooperation with internal departments and external partners.
- Ensuring stable application and service operations
- To help shape the further development of the HR system landscape and the next stages of SuccessFactors.
- University degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
