Role overview

Tasks you will like

• Further development, configuration and operation of the ServiceNow platform (e.g.

ITSM, ITOM, HRSD)

• Analysis of professional requirements and translation into technical concepts and solutions
• Design and implementation of workflows, automations and integrations
• Development and customization of ServiceNow modules and applications
• Close cooperation with product owners, service owners, departments and stakeholders
• Ensuring stable platform operation incl.

Monitoring and error analysis

• Support for releases, tests and deployments
• Analysis of errors and implementation of change requests
• Initialization and maintenance of technical documentation of solutions and processes
• Participation in projects and assumption of technical responsibility Prerequisites that you bring with you
• Completed degree in computer science / business informatics or comparable
• Experience with ServiceNow (development, configuration or operation)
• Knowledge of JavaScript and APIs (REST / SOAP APIs)
• Understanding IT service management (e.g.

ITIL)

• Analytical and structured working method
• Experience with agile methods of advantage (Scrum, Kanban)
• Very good German and English skills
