MAIN TASKS

In your role, you support our HR Business Partners in all HR processes in the assigned support area and act as a competent contact person for employees and managers in all administrative HR matters. This includes in particular the following activities:

• Independent handling of all administrative HR processes from entry to exit
• Preparation of personnel/social reporting and further evaluations
• Management of various employee correspondence
• Management of the various HR tools (SAP HCM, Successfactors, DocuSign, etc.) First level support for employees and managers
• Participation in local and international HR projects and active further development of HR processes with focus on digitalization and automation

PROFILE

You bring a completed commercial basic training as well as a further training in the HR area (e.g. HR assistant or personnel officer). Furthermore, you convince through your open service-oriented and team-capable personality. In addition, the following characteristics and abilities distinguish you:

• At least three years of professional experience in administrative HR, ideally in an internationally active industrial company
• Very good knowledge in MS Office and SAP HCM, experience with SuccessFactors is a plus
• Stylistic German and good English skills
• Enjoyment in the optimization and further development of HR processes
• Structured working method, high level of initiative, reliability and resilience
