The Cantonal Court of St.Gallen is the upper cantonal appeal body in civil and criminal matters. The employees of the General Secretariat support the St.Gallian courts and the conciliation authorities with a variety of services in the judicial administration. This includes, in particular, services in the areas of human resources, finance and accounting, computer science and infrastructure.

What to expect

• Execution of bookings in the general ledger and processing of accounts payable and accounts payable
• Support in budget planning (capture and preparation of budget sheets)
• Participation in annual accounts and independent preparation of evaluations in accounting and human resources
• Capture and mutate HR master and employment data in the HR system (SAP) and support various HR processes
• Ensure representation within the team

What sets it apart

• Kauffrau/Kaufmann (EFZ), further training as a clerk/accounting
• Professional experience in accounting, possibly. Human Resources
• Good knowledge of SAP as well as the common MS Office programs
• A structured, careful and reliable way of working
