As a train driver: in category A, you carry out maintenance and renewal work on catenary systems and operate the catenary tractor in a team of two. You prepare the machine for use and, with your technical skills and a high level of safety awareness, ensure a smooth and safe workflow. - In this exciting function, you operate the catenary tractor (FZM) to carry out maintenance and renewal work on catenary systems.
- Preparing the machine for the shift is also one of your tasks, as well as supporting the regional catenary teams if necessary.
- The operation of the catenary tractor requires independent work, but always takes place in a team of two – team ability and clear agreements are therefore essential.

- You are a team player with a strong sense of security and enjoy developing yourself professionally and in terms of personnel.
- You are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors. Irregular working hours, including night and weekend work, are part of your daily work.
- You have completed training as a train driver: in VTE category A and have already gained practical experience in shunting.
- Knowledge of German (level B2) in word and writing is a prerequisite and you have the driving licence category B.
