As a group leader: you take on the personnel and the professional management task and apply the promising mix of management methods. You will continue to develop your own organizational unit (personal, professional, cultural and business) along the lines of strategy and ambitious goals and ensure a qualitative performance. • In the responsible function as group leader: you lead the team with predominantly homogeneous functions using classical and/or agile methods.
• You are responsible for sometimes demanding products, topics, content, processes and / or problems and ensure compliance with safety and quality. You lead sub-projects or working groups.
• As group leader: you proactively ensure that dependencies, interdisciplinary cooperation and interfaces to other cross-divisional systems, projects and topics are maintained.
• You communicate appropriately with different teams and stakeholders or moderate groups with majority demanding content.
• In addition, you are responsible for resort tasks such as IT, processes or checklists.
• You bring the willingness to take over the deputy of the head of the operation control center.

• You communicate clearly and confidently in German; good knowledge of French (level B1) is required. Other languages such as Italian or English are a plus.
