Main responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance, repairs and reassembly of dental treatment units, sterilization systems and dental equipment and facilities
- Ensure the functionality of sanitary, heating and building technology systems as well as the laboratory media supply (pressure air, gas, cooling and process media)
- Self-employed handling of orders in the field of HVAC building technology and interference interventions at technical plants including control, analysis, optimization and maintenance
- Acceptance and commissioning of technical plants, System operation via the control system or on site as well as analysis of operating and system data
- Participation in energy optimizations as well as monitoring and coordination of external service providers and installation work
- Responsible for operating and testing safety systems (e.g.
- Fire alarm systems) including documentation and compliance with all regulations and safety regulations
- Responsible for maintenance, repairs and reassembly of multimedia equipment
- Requesting offers and order-making after consultation, preparation of reports, evaluations and technical documentation
- Management of storage and material including orders for goods and incoming controls
