As a Technical Asset Care Manager, your responsibilities include the following responsibilities:
Responsibility for the trouble-free operation of production facilities in compliance with GMP specifications, as well as the stabilization and continuous improvement of production processes (with a focus on technology).

Main responsibilities

As a Technical Asset Care Manager, your responsibilities include the following responsibilities:
Responsibility for the trouble-free operation of production facilities in compliance with GMP specifications, as well as the stabilization and continuous improvement of production processes (with a focus on technology).
Management of technical changes (PE’s) and process improvements (CIP) as well as cooperation in the processing of deviations, corrective/preventive measures (CAPA’s), internal complaints, risk analyses and root cause analyses. Problem Solvings
Co-operation and further development of the cooperation between technology and production plant using key figures (introduce, evaluate, discuss and initiate measures)
Initiating and managing internal projects within the Technical Unit
Cooperation in cross-border projects (e.g.
Quality, Asset Excellence, Engineering & SHE, Digital, OE & Innovation, MSAT)
Representation of the department as SME in inspections and audits, as well as creation and management of training concepts within the Technical Unit
Operational contact for technical processes and systems as well as preparation and management of (technical) meetings, huddles,... including the creation and maintenance of performance boards Willingness to work on a panel when needed Who you are
A completed study in a technical field or a corresponding vocational training and/or further education (e.g. technician)
