- Du bist die Ansprechperson auf der Schicht – führst das Team im Umschlag, sorgst für klare Infos zu Zielen und hältst den Betrieb am Laufen
- Die Einsatzplanung behältst du im Blick und wenns mal eng wird, organisierst du schnell einen Ersatz
- Jederzeit unterstützt du den Schichtleiter wo nötig
- Kommunikation mit der Dispo, Kontrolle der Wareneingänge und ein sauberer, sicherer Arbeitsplatz gehören für dich einfach dazu
- Du packst mit an, denkst mit und willst Abläufe laufend optimieren - dabei arbeitest du in der Frühschicht von ca. 01:00 Uhr bis 10:00 Uhr Profil:
- Du hast eine Ausbildung in der Logistik oder langjährige Erfahrung im Gepäck
- Du bist kommunikationsstark, teamorientiert und fair in der Führung
- Excel, Zahlen und Statistiken?
