• Answering written and oral inquiries from our customers and providing competent solutions
• Handling questions, orders and incidents related to hardware, applications, accesses or network connections
• Analyze, document and resolve cases to ensure that all requests are handled efficiently and fully
• Proactively inform our customers about the status of their requests and resolve, escalate or forward incidents as needed
• You ensure contact between the service desk and the relevant teams with whom we work closely Requirements
• Completed training as an ICT specialist / ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification
• Experience in telephone support as well as a quick understanding in order to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
