- In hectic situations, you keep a cool head and show both physical and psychological resilience.
- You are ready to work on the permanent night shift (working time window from 20.00 to 06.00 hours) including Sundays (working time window from 18.00 to 05.00 hours).
- During the 12 months of the development program, you will also be used for about 16 weeks in the early and late shift, so that you get comprehensive insights in all areas. (early shift 06:00 to 15:00 / late shift 14:05 to 23:00 hours) including weekends.
- You communicate orally and in writing very well in German.
