Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the workshop team (about 15 employees): including personnel planning, employee support and support of the learners
- Ensuring a smooth, timely repair process in compliance with economic and qualitative requirements
- Active participation in everyday workshop work as well as active support and advice for the team in complex repairs and issues
- Continuous optimization of work and workshop processes according to lean standards (5S, CIP) to increase efficiency and quality
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces (workshop, procurement, logistics, customer service) as well as consistent enforcement of quality, safety and environmental standards
Requirements
- Completed basic training in the mechanical sector (ideally bicycle or motorcycle mechanic: in EFZ) or comparable qualification
- Several years of practical workshop experience in the bicycle and e-bike sector with current technical expertise
- Several years of proven professional and managerial experience in a craft/technical workshop environment
- Vocational trainer ID is beneficial
- Experience in the application of lean methods (5S, CIP) as well as experienced user knowledge in MS Office and common SAP/workshop systems
- Solution-oriented, assertive and communicative leader with a high level of initiative and very good knowledge of German (word/script)
