Main responsibilities
- Monitoring the operational planning and support of the cleaning team.
- Ensuring and optimising cleaning processes in terms of quality, hygiene, cost-effectiveness and cleanliness.
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of cleaning according to the applicable standards and cleaning plans.
- Participation in the selection and optimization of cleaning agents, tools and cleaning systems, as well as the promotion of environmentally friendly resource use.
- Responsibility for compliance with occupational safety, health protection and implementation of emergency and alarm measures.
- Participation in the continuous improvement of processes in the area of responsibility Requirements:
- Complete basic training as a cleaner or professional knowledge in the field
- Leadership experience in a similar function
- Flexibility in use and readiness for shiftwork (day and night)
- Enforcement, solution-oriented action and high load capacity
