- Systematic identification of patient needs and resources
- Develop care goals with patient, family, multidisciplinary team, based on data collected and taking into account a comprehensive therapeutic project
- Work in interprofessionality with the aim of providing quality care and respecting a comprehensive patient approach WE ARE
- An institution consisting of acute care and rehabilitation facilities, a private clinic, EMS, medical centres and permanences in the region of La Côte and the first clinical hypnosis school dedicated to the care community in French-speaking Switzerland.
