Role overview

Tasks

• Taking into account the cognitive and psychological impairments and sometimes challenging behavior of the residents, you and your colleagues will ensure a good living atmosphere
• Everyday life and leisure time in the residential group are organized together, taking into account agogic and nursing aspects
• You design the activities so that you have enough time for administrative and domestic tasks
• You support apprentices in care and health specialists in the development of their skills Requirements:
• You are an EFZ care specialist and have experience in working with people with different disabilities or are interested in familiarizing yourself with this field of activity
• You enjoy creating a comfortable home together with the residents.

• You recognize group dynamic challenges.

You are able to influence them positively in the sense of a good living atmosphere

• Solution orientation, a high sense of responsibility, professionalism and transparent communication are skills that you bring into the team We offer:
