- Participation in additional functional responsibilities based on expertise and business requirements (e.g., internal training, quality initiatives, or special technical projects --- approximately 10% of working time)
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification as a certified technician

Main responsibilities

Key requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally with an additional qualification as a certified technician
- Several years of experience as a Service Technician for laser machines or comparable high-tech industrial equipment
- Strong customer-service orientation combined with an independent and structured work approach
- High willingness to travel (up to 90%) across Europe and Switzerland
- Good MS Office skills and strong IT knowledge in hardware and software environments
- Fluent English skills are mandatory, along with fluent German or French
- High commitment to providing excellent customer support and service quality
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented personality
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
