• Responsibility for personnel and wage administration including year-end accounts with social insurance.
• Supervision of entry and exit processes as well as time management.
• Contact person for employees, managers and external offices on HR and salary administration issues.
• Preparation of evaluations, statistics and key figures as well as coordination of HR-relevant financial accounts.
• Participation in projects, revisions and the continuous assurance of quality standards. ##
• Your profile
• Basic commercial training with further training in HR or social security
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable function with a focus on Payroll
• Good knowledge of SAP HCM and MS Office
• Independent, structured and service-oriented personality with a high affinity for numbers and team spirit
• Very good knowledge of German in words and writing, other languages are advantageous
