Senior manager commercial real estate (STV site management) (m/f/d)

• As deputy location manager (Alten and Zug location), you are responsible for the professional management of employees at your location. You recruit, empower and develop your employees
• In addition, you ensure a perfect communication flow, compliance with processes and specifications as well as performance management
• As a role model and through active promotion and control, you ensure the quality of service at your location
• You are responsible for the holistic management of a portfolio of commercial properties, including rental, contract and key management and ensuring proper condition
• Through your expertise and negotiating skills, you lead successful negotiations and create business leases as well as supplements
• Communication with the owner, the tenant, authorities and other stakeholders as well as the organization of meetings and tenant orientation are your responsibility.
• You are responsible for obtaining and evaluating offers, awarding contracts to companies and controlling and releasing creditor orders and invoices
• As a professional point of contact in the team, you are responsible for the training and guidance of employees
• The preparation of the annual budget is also within your area of responsibility

• You have a basic commercial education, you are a real estate manager with a federal professional certificate and ideally in possession of the diploma as a real estate trustee
• You also have several years of professional experience in the management of commercial properties
• Coaching, motivating and pragmatic work count among your strengths
• It is easy for you to build, maintain and develop trust with different internal and external steakholders.
• Digital affinity and in-depth PC and software knowledge are skillfully used daily in working with different systems
• An efficient and goal-oriented working method as well as good communication skills with negotiating skills qualify you in dealing with different and demanding target groups
• A high service and customer orientation are a matter of course for you
• Good manners, high load capacity as well as flexibility and endurance round off your profile
• You communicate verbally and in writing fluently in German
