- Deep understanding of Cyber and/or Tech PI exposures, controls, insurance wording and current market trends.

- Proven experience as a Cyber and/or Tech PI underwriter or broker, with a strong network and a track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Deep understanding of Cyber and/or Tech PI exposures, controls, insurance wording and current market trends.
- Strong technical underwriting expertise and a clear commitment to risk quality and good governance.
- Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret financial information, understand P&L drivers and make decisions that support portfolio performance.
- Experience working across different market and business cycles, with the ability to adapt trading strategies accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, equivalent to C2 level.
- Proficiency in Swedish, or another Nordic language is considered an advantage. Skills and competencies
