- They are responsible for the further development and institutional anchoring of the BCM at one of the world’s leading technical universities.

- Professional responsibility for the BCM of ETH Zurich
- Managing the institutional anchoring and continuous development of the BCM based on ISO 22301 and recognized best practices.
- Further development of BCM governance, standards, methods and processes
- Advising school management, managers and organizational units on complex issues of organizational resilience and preparation of reliable basis for decision-making
