- Responsibility for the organization and selection of the training programs Nursing specialist / Nursing specialist HF/FH and midwife at all soH locations
- Implementation and further development of practical training concepts and the learning area of transfer coaching
- Active participation in the implementation of the training obligation
- Professional support and advice for vocational training managers and vocational trainees at the soH locations
- Accompaniment of learning processes at student nursing specialist / nursing specialist HF/FH and midwife in challenging situations
- Cooperation with various education providers and other external cooperation partners

- Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH (for foreign diploma with SRK recognition)
- At least two years of professional experience as a vocational trainer HF/FH
- MAS Training Management (or equivalent qualification) or Federal Professional Certificate Trainer with the willingness to complete MAS Training Management
- Joy of knowledge transfer, guidance and implementation in learning processes and leadership experience
- High ability to reflect and the motivation to continuously develop vocational training
