Mission
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Head of HR Operations is responsible for piloting, supervising and optimizing all HR administrative activities, systems and processes in response to the needs of the company and in support of the various HR Expert Centres (HOCs).
Ensuring the quality of services delivered in line with business priorities, he/she acts as an internal service partner, working in co-construction with HR stakeholders to understand their needs, identify areas for improvement, design appropriate solutions and ensure their implementation.

- Lead, develop and motivate a HR Professional Team (HR Service Managers), fostering collaboration, operational excellence, service spirit and continuous improvement.
- Lead, structure and develop HR Service team activities to ensure reliable, rigorous and consistent management of all administrative processes related to the employee's life cycle.
Main responsibilities

- Ensure the quality, compliance and effectiveness of the services delivered in accordance with the best practices of the CoE to the entire HR team, managers and employees.
- Work closely with other CoEs as well as HR Partners to understand their issues, prioritize their needs and co-build simple, robust, business processes, tools and solutions tailored to the realities of the various activities and life cycle of the employee and the Collaborator Experience.
- Manage HR information systems in close collaboration with IT teams, ensuring their reliability, evolution, integration and responsiveness to the company's needs by ensuring a simple, seamless and professional user experience.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, security and availability of HR data, as well as the production of indicators to support HR decision-making and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements and confidentiality standards for HR data and processes.
- Conduct HR business transformation projects, including in the areas of digitalization, workflow optimization, data governance and improvement of collaborative experience.
- Identify and monitor team performance indicators to measure quality of service, processing times, compliance and process effectiveness.
- Acting as a reference point for HR processes, tools and data topics, ensuring effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
