- Thanks to your professional and customer-oriented way of working, you guarantee high operational quality and contribute to the long-term customer satisfaction.
- Through structured analysis of the evolution of the business figure and proper benchmarks, you will discuss concrete measures together with the tenants to improve their performance.
- You act as the main interlocutor of the FFS for municipalities in your area of competence and represent the FFS for authorities, especially at local level.
- In close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, optimizing the surrounding areas at railway stations, thus contributing to increase the quality of stop.
- In addition, plan investment projects (e.g. restructuring) and support project management in design and construction.
