- you are actively involved in the long-term lifecycle and maintenance planning of our real estate portfolio Requirements
- sound basic technical training in building technology (e.g.
- HVAC planner, electrical installer) with a higher education (e.g.
- HF, FH, technician or Eidg. dipl.) Project Manager
- Several years of professional experience in construction management or project management of complex building technology and construction projects
- Deep understanding of operational processes, modern HVAC systems, building automation and Swiss building law
