As of 1 November 2026 or by agreement we are looking for you as Service technician/in HLKS / housekeeper/in (80-100%) We are a team of 8 technical experts and together manage, maintain and develop the infrastructure (25 buildings, 10 vehicles, div. companies) of the Wagerenhof Foundation. With us, you bring your HVAC expertise where it can have a long-term effect: at a fixed location instead of daily travel from customer to customer. In addition to professional work in the field of HVACs, general housekeeping activities are part of your everyday work and provide diversity. Your work directly contributes to making our residents and employees feel comfortable in a functioning and safe environment. The Wagerenhof Foundation (affectionately called “Wagi”) in Uster has been a permanent home for around 250 people with multiple cognitive impairments for more than 100 years and offers over 50 employees in assisted jobs. • Professional and appropriate order handling in the field of building technology (HLKS) and building automation and further development of the field
• Professional and appropriate maintenance / value preservation of buildings (home contact)
• Cooperation with external experts (in particular heating, sanitary, air conditioning, ventilation, electric, etc.)
• Taking over on-site piketting services (evening, weekend) and via Piketthandy at night in alternation with the 8 teammates
• in-depth HVAC experience (service, assembly), training beneficial
• Appreciative treatment of people with disabilities and employees in need of support
• Allrounder in the craft sector
• good knowledge of computer application and building automation
