Role overview
Introduction For our Logistics Industrialization service, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) whose main missions will be the industrialization of logistics equipment and infrastructure for the Production and Commercial divisions.
- Introduction For our Logistics Industrialization service, we are looking for a Project Manager (M/F) whose main missions will be the industrialization of logistics equipment and infrastructure for the Production and Commercial divisions.
- Analyze and frame projects: collect and consolidate input data, formulate needs and define objectives precisely
- Propose innovative solutions: develop concepts adapted to the objectives set, by integrating strategic orientations and cutting-edge technologies focused on sustainable development
- HES, EPF or equivalent engineering diploma in logistics, mechanics or microtechnology Proven experience in project management
Main responsibilities
- Analyze and frame projects: collect and consolidate input data, formulate needs and define objectives precisely
- Propose innovative solutions: develop concepts adapted to the objectives set, by integrating strategic orientations and cutting-edge technologies focused on sustainable development
- Write specifications: formalize technical and functional requirements in clear and structured reference documents
- Manage the coordination of the project team: lead regular meetings, synchronize actions of team members and ensure the proper progress of the work
- Manage planning and budgets: develop schedules, ensure their rigorous monitoring, establish forecast budgets and guarantee their compliance throughout the project
- Ensure communication and reporting: regularly inform stakeholders, line managers and the teams concerned of the progress of the projects
- Lead relations with industrial partners: organize and coordinate meetings with partners in order to promote collaboration and the achievement of common objectives. Profile
- Experience in the field of providing automated industrial equipment (conveying, vision, special machine, etc.)
- Experience in the field of supply chain and/or industrial logistics, an asset
- Environmental or sustainable development training, a plus
Key requirements
- HES, EPF or equivalent engineering diploma in logistics, mechanics or microtechnology Proven experience in project management
