In the supply chain management team in our SCM area, we are looking for an experienced and qualified project buyer SCM. Together with us, shape the future of mobility. In this versatile function, you ensure that the right components are available at the right time in the right quality. In close cooperation with suppliers, engineering, production and logistics accompany They are procurement topics along the entire project life cycle and actively drive cost, quality and process optimizations. In this way, you make a decisive contribution to the success of our vehicle projects and create sustainable added value for the HESS Group.
Their tasks
- Processing of cross-country skiers in cooperation with Strategic Purchasing
- Technical responsibility for the assigned product groups
- Responsibility of the Procure-to-Pay Process (P2P)
- Obtaining offers and compiling cost comparisons
- Creating presentations and draft contracts in German and English
- Organization and preparation of internal and external supplier meetings
- Master data maintenance (material master, framework contracts)
- Independent communication with suppliers and internal bodies
- Active involvement in the product development and project process
- Design and implementation of cost reduction and quality improvement measures
- Leading and/or participating in procurement projects
Our requirements
- Completed technical or commercial training, ideally purchase-specific or business training
- Experience in project management is advantageous
- Sensitive in dealing with different conversation partners
- Teamwork, loyalty and high resilience
- Binding assertiveness and highly self-responsible
- Exact and structured working method
- Very good knowledge of German and English (verbal/written), other languages beneficial
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
