Do you want to manage complex cooperations economically and successfully transfer cross-divisional projects into operation? At MediService AG you shape the product, service and cooperation portfolio over the entire life cycle. You will combine project management, analytical thinking and digital solutions in a versatile environment in the Swiss healthcare sector.
You can do that.
- You manage your product, contract and service portfolio throughout the entire lifecycle and coordinate introductions, adjustments and orderly terminations.
- You plan and manage cross-divisional projects, monitor milestones, dependencies and risks and ensure the structured transition to operational operations.
- You create business cases, profitability analyses, forecasts and management reports and thus create sound decision-making bases.
- You monitor relevant KPIs and implement measures to sustainably improve sales, revenue and efficiency. You also contribute to budget and resource planning.
- You will analyze and optimize processes with regard to quality, cost-effectiveness and regulatory requirements and use suitable digital solutions as well as meaningful AI applications.
- You coordinate cooperation with pharmaceutical companies and internal departments and ensure that contracts, information and measures are implemented reliably and on time.
You bring that with you
- You have profound experience in project management and combine it with strong business and analytical skills.
- You know the Swiss healthcare system
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, healthcare or commercial excellence is ideally also available.
- You are confident with data, reporting and digital tools and are interested in integrating AI applications into processes.
- You work in a structured and independent manner, set priorities reliably and keep track of parallel contracts and projects.
- You communicate convincingly, enjoy working with different teams and move safely in a matrix organization.
- You communicate in German and English in a negotiated manner
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
