- Programmier-Kenntnisse (z.B. TypeScript, Python, SQL, APIs, Automatisierung).
- Interesse an AI, Machine Learning, RPA und datengetriebenen Lösungen.
- Selbstständigkeit, rasche Auffassungsgabe, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Verantwortungsgefühl.
- Souveränes Auftreten mit Business-, IT- und internen Partnern.

- Completed or part-time training at a (special) university.
- Initial experience with CRM systems is an advantage, ideally with the BSI Customer Suite.
- Pleasure to understand complex business processes and to simplify them in practice.
- Programming skills (e.g., victor script, python, SQL, APIs, automation).
- Interest in AI, machine learning, RPA and information-driven solutions.
