- Ensure the achievement of the operational, financial, qualitative and human objectives of the area, in particular in terms of costs, revenues and production losses

Main responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of the operational, financial, qualitative and human objectives of the area, in particular in terms of costs, revenues and production losses
- Lead, accompany and promote responsible persons, specialists and responsible persons in their own area of responsibility
- Ensure optimal personnel planning and the availability of plants, machines and the raw materials required for production
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety, hygiene, quality, compliance and animal welfare regulations
- Analyze complaints and coordinate corrective actions and continuous improvements with those affected
- Manage cross-sectoral projects, participate in the further development of production capacities and ensure data quality in the various systems
- Coordinate external slaughter and ensure professional cooperation with internal and external partners Requirements
- Professional experience: proven professional experience in a production environment, team leadership and continuous improvement process (CIP)
- Higher technical school: higher education at the level of a higher technical school, a higher technical examination or a technical college, ideally supplemented by a management education
- German (good knowledge) French (very good knowledge): Ideally bilingual French/German, with knowledge of German from at least level B1 to B2.
