- Ensure patient care according to a specific treatment plan in order to achieve objectives determined by the medical prescription, assessment and diagnosis issued, including patient expectations.
- · Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of care protocols for appropriate and effective care.
- · Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy / diploma in physiotherapist or equivalent.
- · Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas (or to be applied for).
Main responsibilities
- Ensure patient care according to a specific treatment plan in order to achieve objectives determined by the medical prescription, assessment and diagnosis issued, including patient expectations.
- · Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of care protocols for appropriate and effective care.
- · Work actively with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and guidance.
- · Participate in the prevention and education of patients to improve their quality of life.
Key requirements
- · Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy / diploma in physiotherapist or equivalent.
- · Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas (or to be applied for).
- · Experience in physiotherapy, ideally in a hospital setting, would be an asset.
- · Good command of the French language.
- · Excellent organisational capacity, sense of priorities and initiative.
- · Ability to respond effectively in complex situations.
- · Excellent communication and empathy skills.
