Do you want to use your pharmaceutical expertise in a new environment? In our customer service center, you can advise customers by phone about medicines and health services. You support people as well as medical specialists and external partners throughout Switzerland competently and personally.
You can do that.
- You will advise our customers by telephone on questions about medicines and health services and provide competent information.
- You take orders, inform about products and services and ensure smooth processing.
- You will competently clarify pharmaceutical questions in connection with doctor’s prescriptions and thus support doctors, patients and external partners throughout Switzerland.
- With your empathetic and professional communication, you create trust among our customers.
- You will also keep track of challenging situations and contribute to reliable advice.
You bring that with you
- You have completed your training as a pharmaceutical assistant / pharmaceutical assistant EFZ or Expert / specialist Pharmacy EFZ and bring professional experience.
- You enjoy the telephone consultation and convince with a high willingness to provide services and clear expressiveness.
- You work reliably and structured and stay friendly and focused even under time pressure.
- You have German at native language level and use it safely in telephone consultation. Ideally, you will also have French or Italian skills.
