- Completed degree (PhD or Master) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline
- Professional experience in chemical and/or pharmaceutical development or production

Key requirements
- Completed degree (PhD or Master) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or a related discipline
- Professional experience in chemical and/or pharmaceutical development or production
- Knowledge of GMP and business competence desirable
- Strong analytical skills and pleasure in handling complex technical issues
- Flowing knowledge of German and English in words and writing
- High team and communication skills in dealing with different stakeholders and hierarchical levels
