In our supply area with 25,000 inhabitants, we spend around 24,000 hours every year in the areas of treatment care, basic care and housekeeping – professional, warm and committed. For reinforcement we are looking for an immediately or by agreement Nurse HF Psychiatry 40-80 % Our psychiatry team currently consists of 6 people. We

• are responsible for ambulatory care in our catchment area
• plan and organize our core business ourselves
• can divide our working hours individually
• have no leader, but changing tasks and roles in the team
• are jointly responsible for new colleagues in the team
• attaches great importance to self-responsibility

Your future tasks

• You take over your own clients and are there for a technically sound psychiatric care and preventive support in the usual environment of the clients. If necessary, you also support the relatives of your clients.
• You are responsible for the case management of your clients from the beginning to the end of the accompaniment. This includes, among other things, the implementation of needs assessments and cooperation with therapists, clinics, doctors and other specialists involved.
• You are responsible for the care process of your clients.
• You take on individual management tasks in consultation with the team.

Formal requirements

• Completed training for dipl. Care professional HF/FH
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in psychiatric care
