In unserem Kundenservice-Center und in unseren Agenturen stehst du unsere Kundinnen und Kunden während der 3-jährigen Ausbildung mit Rat und Tat zur Seite - mündlich und schriftlich.
Deine schulische Ausbildung findet in Bern statt (ein bis eineinhalb Tage pro Woche).
Zusätzlich wird in überbetrieblichen Kursen in Zürich dein Wissen gefestigt und trainiert.
