Legal advice to management and specialist areas
Drafting, examining and negotiating contracts and other agreements

Drafting, examining and negotiating contracts and other agreements
Creation / revision of forms and instructions Implementation of legal investigations
Processing of customer complaints and court inquiries (bankruptcies, executions, account blocks, investigations)
Collaboration in cross-departmental projects
Legal Advice of the Pension Foundation & Freedom of Movement Foundation Requirements
Completed law studies (Master of Law / MLaw, Swiss law);
Lawyer's patent or additional training is an advantage
Very good knowledge of contract law, company law, financial market law Professional experience of several years Negotiable German and English; French skills are a plus
Ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and target group-oriented
