Role overview
The Tarchini Group, active in Ticino in various sectors, from design to construction and management of buildings (industrial, commercial, logistics and residential) as well as the management of FoxTown in Mendrisio, in the context of strengthening its own staff and to support the growth of the Group is seeking a Junior Facility Manager.
We are looking for a young and dynamic professional who is passionate about the construction and management of buildings and is able to work in a team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Conducting site visits, technical evaluations, and general estimates (construction, electrical, and RVCS systems) for the realization, modification, or restructuring of various types of sectors (offices, warehouses, production activities, etc.) directly for the Group or as a General Contractor for external clients Coordination and direction of work Control of heating and cooling systems Control of maintenance contracts Management and coordination of repairs
- Diploma in a technical field (building and/or plant engineering)
Main responsibilities

- Management of direct workers and verification of their activities Preparation of estimates and accounts
Key requirements
- Diploma in a technical field (building and/or plant engineering)
