- The following position is addressed to candidates wishing to apply spontaneously at the Regional Hospital of Mendrisio as an Auxiliary/cooking (at hours) Profile: the future/cooperator/trice carries out all the operational activities of the sector in compliance with the programmes, norms and defined working procedures (read, time, mode, materials, equipment).

- Requirements: Professional experience gained in the kitchens of the socio-sanitary sector or in hotel facilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning and hygiene techniques.
- Flexible work shifts (7/7 and evenings until 22.00).
- Guidance to change and development.
- Good knowledge of the Italian language spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of the usual computer tools.
