- Analysis of production and performance indicators and derivation of potential for improvement
- Support of lean workshops and improvement projects
- Participation in the standardization of processes and working methods
- Support for training and empowerment of managers and employees Requirements

- Student (Uni/FH/HF): e.g. industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production engineering, food technology, business administration with focus on operations
