Spitex Dulliken, Ubergösgen, Starrkirch-Wil has a catchment area of about 9,000 inhabitants. We offer services in the area of clarification and advice, basic and treatment care, housekeeping and meal service. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced, socially competent and established personality as soon as possible or by agreement. Graduated nurse HF (60% - 100%) - with development opportunities

Their tasks

• Independent and competent implementation of outpatient care
• Assuming case management and responsibility for the care process
• Conducting needs assessments with InterRAI HC
• Planning, coordination and evaluation of care
• Advice and support for clients: women and their relatives
• Cooperation with relatives, doctors and other specialists
• Participation in the further development of quality of care
• Possibility to assume additional technical or managerial responsibility

What you bring for the job

• Diploma as dipl. Care professional HF
• Experience in ambulatory care is beneficial
• Enjoy independent and responsible work
• Interest in further developing expertise and quality
• Appreciative and solution-oriented communication
• Strong social skills
• Cat B driving licence, as well as own car, scooter or e-bike
