- Completed basic computer science education: ICT specialist or computer scientist EFZ – Several years of professional experience in ICT support, especially in the first level and ideally in the second level – In-depth knowledge in Windows clients, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune as well as in networks – Experience in support of mobile devices (iOS, Android, macOS) of advantage – Secure handling of ticket systems as well as incident management – Strong analysis and problem-solving competence.
- Cases you lead independently until graduation – experience in the coordination of internal and external partners as well as enjoyment of knowledge transfer – service-oriented, helpful and resilient personality with a professional appearance – Very good knowledge of German in word and writing.

- The Service Desk is the face of computer science: All inquiries from our learners, teachers and employees are brought together here, personally, by phone or via the ticket system.
- As an experienced ICT supporter or experienced ICT supporter, you solve first-level support cases independently and with a high initial solution rate.
- On site or in the field support you support our users and ensure that the equipment for the teaching and the daily work of the administrative employees works reliably.
- More demanding cases are handled at level 2nd level in close cooperation with the engineering team.
- You actively pass on your knowledge to your team and maintain contact with partners and suppliers.
