- Co-responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling changes and releases, mainly in the area of workplace software
- Ensuring controlled, standardized and low-risk rollouts
- Coordinating the stakeholders involved along the change and release management process (from planning to business transfer)
- Ensure compliance with test, release, quality and documentation requirements
- Further development of processes, standards and governance in change and release management
- Central contact point for customers and internal BIT areas in all aspects of change and release management
- Share responsibility for target group-oriented customer communication and support for the adoption of new changes and releases
- Computer science training (EFZ) as well as completion of higher specialist training or comparable subject-related and/or technical training
- Several years of experience in ICT change and/or release management
- In-depth knowledge in the areas of workplace and software rollout
- Networked mindset, team-capable and communicative personality
- Experience in collaboration in agile teams (SCRUM/SAFe) as well as ITIL and Hermes is an advantage
- Strong organisational and communication skills in dealing with technical and professional stakeholders
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working method with high load capacity
- Good knowledge of two official languages as well as English
